Secretary of State Spins Through England

Condoleezza Rice ignored the noisy protesters
as she toured Blackburn with Jack Straw, and
tried to convince audiences that America does
what she says, not what they see happening.

During questions she did blurt out some truth:
“I know we’ve made tactical errors, thousands…�
She didn’t cite specifics, and neither did her
spokesman, he said she spoke “figuratively.�
